How fast can I get my job done?

Our usual turnaround time is 1 to 2 days. However, we can also accommodate rush jobs by giving same-day delivery.

What’s the biggest size you print?

We can print up to 12" x 18" on various weighs of paper up to 12 pt. in black and white or colour. Larger sizes are done on an outsource basis with a reliable colleague.

What format do I need to send my file in?

We prefer PDF’s or Jpegs. We also can use Photoshop, Illustrator, Word and Publisher files but all our work is done in Corel Suite X4.

What if I do not have a design for my job?

We provide full design services at a very competitive price. In the case of business cards, there is no charge for basic setups.

What if I only want 1 or 2 copies?

That’s no problem. One-offs are quite common, we specialize in short runs but are also capable of large runs of 1000s.

What kind of finishing work do you do?

We can do folding, stapling, cerlox binding, coil binding and hole punching. We can also laminate up to 8.5" x 11".

What if I need flyers for a postal walk?

We can design, print, fold and bundle your flyers in 100s all ready for the post office.

What if you can’t do my job?

If we are not able to do your specific order we will certainly help you find someone who can.
